Can you confirm availability before I order?
All items in our store are generally available. If it is not
immediately available you will be notified. |
When will my items ship?
Most products are shipped within 2 days of time of order. All orders are subject to
availability. After you submit your order, you will receive
a confirmation of purchase. If there will be a delay in filling
your order, you will be notified via email. |
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 30 days of your receiving it.
You must call 1-800-355-4234 to obtain an RMA# prior to returning
your item. If the item is damaged we will deduct the proper
amount from you credit. There is a 5% restocking fee for all
returned items. A restocking fee of 30% will be applied to any
return received without an RMA#. |
How are shipping costs calculated?
Our shipping prices are calculated based on weight, distance. To save you money, we
recommend that you examine all shipping options before making
your choice, as depending on your package, prices will vary
greatly. |
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we are able ship to most international locations. We use only UPS Expedited or Express service |
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting Customer
Service. If it is too late to cancel because your order has
been shipped, then standard Return Procedures
must be followed. |
What if my order arrives damaged?
Pieces may sustain minor damage during shipping or contain other
small defects. This is very rare, however, if your product is
damaged in any way, contact us immediately. If it is replaceable,
we will send you an identical replacement. Any returns must
be prearranged with our Customer Service department or the return will not be accepted. |
